Refund is possible only in case of delay departure of the ship for which the ticket was purchased.
Delay navigation can be caused by a malfunction of a ship or adverse weather conditions.
If there are grounds for a refund, the money will be refunded to the buyer.

Seller is not responsible for errors caused by the customer and will not be accepted as a basis for a full refund.
Errors caused by the customer include incorrectly selected the date of sailing, wrong route selected or wrongly selected tickets.

In case of cancellation, the deduction fee is 50% of the total amount of the bill.
If you want to change the travel date, the deduction fee is 25% of the total amount of the bill.
Request for refund should be sent at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled trip.
